Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. LeapCampus does not intentionally store complete payment-card credentials or mobile-money security credentials such as PINs.

4. Mobile App Permissions and Sensitive Data

The LeapCampus mobile application may request device permissions only when they are needed for a feature you choose to use. Where Android requires permission, you will be asked through the device or in-app permission process before access is granted.

We do not use sensitive device permissions for undisclosed purposes. If a future feature requires access to sensitive information, LeapCampus will provide an appropriate disclosure and request consent where required.

Our website and services may use cookies, session storage, or similar technologies to keep users signed in, remember preferences, improve security, measure performance, and support platform functionality. You may control certain cookies through your browser settings, although disabling essential cookies may affect the operation of the service.

Please include sufficient information for us to identify the relevant account. We may need to verify your identity before processing a deletion request. Following a valid request, we will delete or anonymise personal information associated with the account unless we are required or permitted to retain specific records for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or legitimate educational record purposes.

Subject to applicable law and the nature of your relationship with LeapCampus, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your account. You may also contact us with questions about how your information is handled.

LeapCampus may provide educational services that can be used by learners of different ages. Where a learner is a child, access should be provided in accordance with applicable law and, where required, through or with the authorisation of a parent, guardian, school, institution, or other authorised adult.

We do not knowingly use children's personal information for behavioural advertising. If you believe that a child's information has been collected or handled inappropriately, please contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.
